Career
In 2015 he took his initial steps into the world of karting with the help of Mariano and Miguel Molina.
Starting in the lower categories, he then moved up to the Cadet category in 2016 and began competing in trials for the Catalan Championship and the Spanish Championship, winning multiple Rotax races and earning podium positions in various other races.
He consolidated his status in 2017 by finishing second in the Spanish Championship and obtaining various other victories and podium positions throughout the season. Meanwhile, he also initiated his path into the international rankings, starting with the Winter Cup, the WSK, the European Championship and the World Championship of his category, making it into various finals.
In 2018 he made it to the podium once again in the Spanish Championship and achieved various other victories and podium positions elsewhere. He also began turning heads on the international scene by making it into various finals, such as those of the Winter Cup, the WSK, the European Championship and the World Championship once again.
In 2019 he finished 7th in the Spanish Championship and made it to podiums elsewhere, while he also focused on international competitions in which he made it to various finals. Towards the end of 2019 he made the leap to Formula 4. His début took place in November on the Montmeló racetrack and, with only one previous test, he managed to finish 8th out of the 20 participants.
2020 was a difficult year in which Javier was unable to perform at the expected level, but it helped him learn and adapt to single-seaters. In 2021 he began his adventure in England in which he showed great speed at the beginning of the season, signing the first podium of the season in just his first race accompanied by a fastest race lap. Facing the end of the season, his progression was more inconstant but with a lot of potential.

In 2022 Javier announces that he will race for the Carlin Racing team in the GB3 Championship as a second year to have a chance at the title.
Tras dos años en Inglaterra, en 2023 Javier ficha por el equipo Palou Motorsport del mismo Álex Palou, para volver a Europa y competir en la Eurocup-3.
